Featuring a dual-source 30° emission design with zero inspection blind spots, it achieves a standard wire resolution of 0.3mm, clearly identifying tiny broken needles and minute impurities inside products.
As the company’s core flagship offering, the FDT-IXQC6030D is optimized for high-efficiency production scenarios. Its high-stability X-ray generator supports 10–12 hours of uninterrupted operation, and its mature AI recognition database delivers over 98% detection accuracy with a false detection rate below 1.5%. With a 605×305mm inspection tunnel and adjustable conveyor speed of 0.2–0.6m/s, it adapts to both single items and bulk packaged goods, and can inspect 7,600 pairs of short boots within 8 hours of continuous operation.
